Three-day festival

Various activities are lined up for the BGC PassionFest 2012. November 23 kicks off with a mobile concert, accompanied by an art show. The event, called “Music Grooves. Art Moves.”, will have the BGC streets as its stage. In the evening, a bus will be stationed at different areas in BGC, providing live concert music from different genres and artists. Meanwhile, art pieces will be created simultaneously in these stations.

The next two days, November 24 and 25, are dedicated to the outdoors. “The Great BGC Outdoors!” will have High Street transformed into an outdoor fair. Game booths and food stalls will be scattered across the gardens, giving everyone an ample opportunity to relax and enjoy themselves.

However, one of the most anticipated highlight for the event will be the annual Run BGC titled, “Ready, Set, Explore!”. Taking place on November 25, the event will not just have participants running around BGC, they can also enjoy touring BGC’s interactive parks, playgrounds and the Mind Museum. Participants can opt to join one of the four race categories: 15K, 10K, 5K and the 500m kiddie course. Interested parties may register at Riovana and select Toby’s Sports branches until November 18. In addition to the cash prize, the top finishers will receive Ayala malls gift certificates sponsored by Avida Land and product packs, among other freebies. A grand raffle will also give all participants a chance to win a special Asian cruise for two.
