HIPA Photo Gallery and Tom Ang workshops in Philippines
The Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) recently launched a photo gallery held from May 28-June 3, 2015 in SM Aura Premier showcasing winners and finalists from the 4th season of competition ‘Life in Colour’ with the largest participation of Filipino photographers.
