RCBC Bankard Partners with Gawad Kalinga's Kusina ng Kalinga

The best way to celebrate the season is giving and sharing. This act of giving was seen during the launch of RCBC Bankard Diamond Platinum Mastercard as they partnered with Gawad Kalinga's Kusina ng Kalinga.

RCBC Bankard Services Corporation (RBSC), the credit card servicing entity of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is set to reintroduce their RCBC Bankard Diamond Platinum Mastercard to the public. This upgrade involves enhanced features, giving its cardholders greater value and a new beneficiary for the Diamond Cares Program; a significant component of the RCBC Bankard Diamond Mastercard.

The relaunched RCBC Bankard Diamond Mastercard carries with it strong advantages for its cardholders including a proprietary budget management tool, Spend Monitor, which allows cardholders to manage their finances better by allowing them to set their own budget. Cardholders are sent an alert once they reach their identified budget. It also has top-of-the-line Travel Privileges including complementary access to the Miascor Lounge, free travel insurance and purchase protection, plus a bonus travel limit that cardholders can request for during their travel period.

RCBC Bankard Diamond Mastercard provides more secure transactions with the EMV Chip technology, and a Generous and Flexible Rewards Program where they can choose to exchange their rewards points for shopping vouchers or have the peso equivalent of their points credited back to their RCBC Bankard as payment. Alternatively, they can get cash rebates or free flights by enrolling in either the Unlimited Cash rebate program or the airmiles program.

The RCBC Bankard Diamond Platinum Mastercard is more than just a credit card. It is also an affinity card, through the Diamond Cares Program, cardholders are primed to lend a helping hand to those in need Every time they use their RCBC Bankard Diamond Platinum Mastercard. For every P100 spent using the Card, P020 is automatically donated to Gawad Kalinga’s Kusina ng Kalinga (KNK).

"Ending hunger for Filipino children in public schools is an important step in ending poverty in the l’hilippines. The support of RCBC Banka rd for the Gawad Kalinga’s Kusina ng Kalinga is essential to the achievement of our goal to provide meals for one hundred thousand public school students daily.” says aawad Kalinga Founder, Antonio Meloto.
"We believe in Kusina ng Kalinga’s noble purpose. We hope that our cardholders will prefer to use their RCBC Bankard Diamond Platinum Mastercard to help support the fight against hunger, and to help the less fortunate children reach their full potential." says Angela Mirasol, RCBC Bankard Services Corporation First Vice-President and Marketing Group Head.
